Right 21. Right to Constitutional Enforcement

Section 1

Any person whose constitutional rights are violated may seek enforcement in a court of law.

Section 2

Courts shall provide appropriate remedies when rights are infringed.

Section 3

Government institutions shall respect and uphold constitutional rights.

Section 4

Congress and the states may enact laws to facilitate enforcement.
