Right 24. Right to Digital Privacy

Section 1

All persons within the United States have the right to privacy in their digital communications, personal data, and electronic records.

Section 2

The government shall not collect, access, monitor, or store an individual’s digital information without lawful authority based upon a warrant issued by a court upon a finding of probable cause.

Section 3

No law shall permit the mass or indiscriminate surveillance of persons without individualized suspicion.

Section 4

Individuals shall have the right to access, control, and request the correction of personal data held by the government concerning them.
