The listing of rights in this Constitution shall not be interpreted to deny other rights retained by the people.
Courts shall interpret this Constitution in a manner that respects the liberty of individuals.
Additional rights may be recognized through lawful interpretation.
Government shall respect the freedoms retained by the people.
