Right 36. Right to Internet Access

Section 1

All persons within the United States have the right to reasonable access to the internet and digital communication networks.

Section 2

Access to the internet shall not be restricted or denied without lawful authority and due process of law.

Section 3

The government shall promote the availability of reliable and affordable internet access throughout the United States.

Section 4

No law shall unreasonably interfere with the lawful use of the internet for communication, education, or participation in civic life.
