Right 37. Right to Bear Arms

Section 1

Citizens shall have the right to keep and bear arms.

Section 2

This right shall be exercised in accordance with lawful regulations.

Section 3

Government may regulate arms to promote public safety.

Section 4

Any regulation shall respect the lawful possession of arms by citizens.
