Right 7. Right to Fair Elections

Section 1

All citizens of the United States have the right to participate in free, fair, and secure elections.

Section 2

Elections for public office shall be conducted in a transparent and impartial manner to ensure that each citizen’s vote carries equal weight.

Section 3

Electoral districts shall be drawn in a fair manner and shall not be manipulated to favor or disadvantage any political party or group of citizens.

Section 4

Congress and the states shall establish procedures to protect the integrity, security, and accessibility of elections.
